You will work with the L&D Business Partner and HR to drive apprenticeship, graduate and early-career initiatives, develop leadership programmes, and produce insights to improve employee experience. This role offers diverse development opportunities within a leading infrastructure business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent or related people-focused role.
• Ability to analyse data and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support talent and succession planning and develop career pathways.
• Contribute to engagement surveys and action planning; monitor trends.
• Assist with learning, leadership and management development programmes.
• Produce reports, dashboards and people insights to inform decisions.
• Support delivery of people and learning-related projects and new frameworks.
