Job summary

The FA is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to help shape and deliver our evolving learning offer. You will work closely with the L&D Manager to design, deliver and improve programmes that boost engagement, grow skills and support career development for colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll contribute to initiatives from implementing a new learning platform to establishing coaching and mentoring frameworks, influencing learning experiences across The FA and broader football community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning and development initiatives in a professional environment.
• Ability to design, adapt or deliver learning content.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Commercial awareness with budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning initiatives to build organisational capability.
• Promote the L&D offer and drive engagement across the organisation.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate learning programmes and events.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of the learning management system and blended learning.
• Input to design of learning solutions, workshops and development activities.
