Job summary

The Football Association is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to help design, deliver and continually improve our learning and development offering across the organisation. The role is based at hybrid locations Wembley Stadium, London or St George's Park, Burton-upon-Trent, with a permanent, full-time contract.

You will work closely with the Talent team to boost engagement, create new programmes and support career growth through coaching, mentoring and learning technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering learning and development initiatives in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Experience designing, adapting or delivering learning content.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning and development initiatives that support organisational and individual capability.
• Promote and communicate the L&D offer, driving awareness, participation and engagement across the organisation.
• Manage the planning, coordination and evaluation of learning programmes and events.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of our learning management system and wider learning technology, helping to embed more blended learning solutions.
• Input to the design of learning solutions, workshops and development activities, increasing the amount of learning delivered internally.
• Help develop and embed a coaching and mentoring framework that supports career growth and knowledge sharing.
• Support the development of apprenticeship and early careers opportunities for both new and existing employees.
• Contribute to learning pathways and mandatory training frameworks, including solutions for our casual workforce.
• Facilitate internal development opportunities, including mentoring, projects and cross-functional experiences that broaden capability and careers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure learning solutions deliver meaningful impact.
• Use data to evaluate programmes and continually improve the L&D offer.
