Job summary

The Football Association (The FA) is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to help shape and grow our learning offer across England. You will work with the Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve learning opportunities that help colleagues build skills and advance in their careers.

You will contribute to initiatives from implementing a new learning platform to establishing a coaching and mentoring framework, supporting internal development and blended

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering learning initiatives in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning initiatives that support organisational and individual capability.
• Promote and communicate the L&D offer to drive awareness and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate learning programmes and events.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of the learning management system and blended learning solutions.
• Contribute to the design of learning solutions, workshops and development activities.
