As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders across all levels of the organization, specifically partnering with those identified in our Interlock Model. You will define and scope learning and development requirements in alignment with Siemens strategy and across all functional groups to ensure consistency. You will act as the function’s single point of contact, liaising with other L&D teams and the wider P&O functions to source content, leverage best practices, and ensure existing resources are utilized before defining requirements for new courses or programs.
