Accountable to: Programme Manager
Contract: 36 hours per week
Duration: 2.5-year fixed term
Location: Derry~Londonderry Office
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Officer to join our team at Verbal for our Peace of Mind projects. This role is responsible for the growth and skill development of our Peer Mentors across the North and the Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will evaluate training and performance, monitor and review content, and ensure alignment with our Peace of Mind goals and missions.
