1 x South West, mainly covering Devon, Somerset, and West Dorset

Although this is a home-based role, it involves occasional travel to development sites. Therefore, we ask that you are located within the region and flexible to travel within your local area.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an interest in or knowledge of housing, especially affordable housing.
• Be confident, independent, and proactive in your work and relationships with colleagues.
• Have a customer-focused approach.
• Possess excellent administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
