Job summary

Equilibrium Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to deliver, manage, and oversee training programmes across the organisation and its people. The role focuses on assessing training needs, developing materials, and managing budgets with close HR collaboration.

The successful candidate will have HR or training management experience, strong reporting skills, and excellent communication. The position is based at our Moston site, offering a structured rewards program and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a training manager or in the HR industry.
• Experience developing and implementing training programmes.
• Knowledge of various training methods.
• Able to write efficient reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Determining and assessing the organisation's and employees training and development needs.
• Creating training materials and programmes tailored to specific business objectives.
• Writing reports, maintaining accurate record keeping, and managing training budgets.
• Working collaboratively with the HR and management teams to ensure the achievement of training objectives.
• Identifying and implementing a wide range of training in line with the health and social care need of people in our care.
• Managing employee enrolment for training, scheduling sessions, and organising resources to facilitate training programmes.
