Job summary

You will advise managers and staff, lead impactful training aligned with the NHS Leadership & Management Framework, and design engaging learning experiences across teams.

You will drive the culture of continuous development, support organisation-wide People strategies, and contribute to future-ready teams through monitoring,

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality learning and facilitation.
Coaching and people development experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Knowledge of L&OD best practices and frameworks.
Ability to lead organisational development projects and shape teams.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted advisor to managers and staff on learning and development.
