Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead leadership and management development, and to own the Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship Programme. You will partner with leaders to improve team dynamics and drive performance through facilitation and insightful tools.

You will champion a Just and Learning culture, shape induction for new staff, and help develop compassionate, capable leaders across our Devon services.

Qualifications

• A confident facilitator with experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives.
• Passionate about people, performance and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Skilled in coaching, team development and organisational development.
• Collaborative, credible and able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Leadership & Management Development Programme and bite-size training sessions to managers at all levels.
• Take ownership of the Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship Programme and drive a coaching culture across the organisation.
• Partner with teams and leaders to improve team dynamics using facilitation, psychometric tools and insights to drive performance.
• Provide specialist advisory support on leadership, performance and culture development.
• Champion a Just and Learning culture and help leaders create safe environments to learn from experience.
• Ensure an inspiring induction programme to set new starters up for success from day one.
