Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the hotel's learning strategy, foster continuous development, and support operational excellence through impactful learning initiatives. You will partner with hotel leaders to identify opportunities, design training programmes, and drive leadership growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, People Development, or similar role.
• Experience facilitating training programmes and coaching employees and leaders.
• Experience within luxury hospitality, hotel operations, or a service-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with ability to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's onboarding programmes.
• Facilitate learning and development programmes for employees, supervisors, and managers across the hotel.
• Partner with department leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Support leadership development initiatives, including management onboarding and development programmes.
• Maintain and develop the Department Trainer programme across the hotel.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and development initiatives.
• Support compliance and mandatory training requirements across all departments.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, service excellence and career development.
