You will work closely with the People Director, operations and culinary leaders, identify development needs and translate them into practical learning solutions with clear progression pathways.

• Experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Ability to turn needs into practical training solutions.
• Experience in multi-site or frontline operations.

• Collaborate with People Director, operations and culinary leadership.
