Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd in the UK is seeking a proactive Training Manager to establish the training function across multiple sites, shaping learning that raises capability and performance. You will work closely with the People Director, operations and culinary leaders, identify development needs and translate them into practical learning solutions with clear progression pathways.

This role offers hybrid working (Mon–Fri, 40 hours), a salary up to £45,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension

• Ability to turn needs into practical training solutions.
• Experience in multi-site or frontline operations.

Job details:

• Training Manager isresponsible for establishing the training function at Olive Dining, helping to build the skills and capability the business needs now and for the future.
• Training Manager to work closely with the People Director, operations and culinary leadership teams.
• Training Manager toidentify training and development needs and turn them into practical learning solutions that improve operational performance and develop our employees.
• Training Manager to create development pathways and supporting internal progression.

What You’ll Need:

• Hands on approach.
• Strong practical experience within Learning & Development, Training or a similar development-focused role.
• Experience working within a multi-site, operational or frontline workforce environment.
• Comfortable working in a growing organisation where training structures and programmes are continuing to develop.
