Qualifications

• Experience leading training and development functions.
• Ability to design, implement and improve training programmes.
• Experience with apprenticeship standards and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Manage induction programme for new starters.
• Develop and implement training strategy.
• Conduct needs analyses across departments.
• Create individual development plans.
• Coordinate apprenticeship programmes with providers.
• Design and deliver leadership and management development.
• Develop skills matrices and track competency levels.
• Monitor training KPIs and development metrics.
• Support succession planning and PDR processes.
• Ensure training records are accurate and compliant.
