Menzies LLP in Heathrow is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Trainee Academy and onboarding for trainees and professional hires. You will act as a friendly first point of contact for training queries, manage shared inboxes and coordinate bookings efficiently.

Working closely with Training Managers and HRBPs, you will plan qualification pathways, monitor progress and liaise with providers (BPP, Kaplan, First Intuition) to schedule courses and plans.

Qualifications

• Qualification in education or related field required (A-Level or degree).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to manage schedules and analyse data.
• Experience in Learning & Development or apprenticeship coordination is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding and induction for trainees and hires.
• Serve as first point of contact for training queries and manage shared inboxes.
• Plan trainee qualification pathways with Training Managers and HRBPs.
• Liaise with training providers to schedule courses and pathways.
• Track trainee performance and support learning journey.
• Manage L&D administration, invoices, expenses and system updates.
• Maintain Learning Management Systems and HR database with accuracy.
• Assign and track e-learning modules, attendance and reports.
• Keep the Menzies Academy calendar up to date.
• Build relationships with course facilitators and providers.
• Support L&D Manager and Advisor on projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D colleagues providing ad-hoc support.
