Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator in Alcester to manage learning programmes, support apprenticeships, and streamline learning systems with the People Team. You’ll be the go-to for enquiries, reports, and continuous program improvements.

The role offers hybrid working and a clear path for developing colleagues within one of the UK's leading home care providers. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, development, HR or people-related programmes.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong IT skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning events, workshops and webinars across the business.
• Provide first-line support for learning, development and apprenticeship enquiries.
• Administer and maintain the LMS; implement system updates and user support.
• Produce reports to monitor compliance and measure learning effectiveness.
• Support apprenticeship programmes with providers and DAS administration.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and learning partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and colleague experience.
