Helping Hands is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator in Alcester to manage learning programmes, support apprenticeships, and streamline learning systems with the People Team. You’ll be the go-to for enquiries, reports, and continuous program improvements.

As our Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll help ensure our learning programmes run smoothly, our apprenticeship schemes are well managed and our learning systems provide a great experience for colleagues.
Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager and wider People Team, you'll coordinate learning activities, support colleagues with learning enquiries, administer our Learning Management System (LMS) and help us continuously improve how we develop our people.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
You'll be an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting others and delivering an excellent service. You'll have strong attention to detail, be confident using systems and data, and enjoy working collaboratively across different teams.
