• Experience in administration, customer service, business support, project support or coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning activity from start to finish and ensure smooth operations.
• Support learners and facilitators and manage systems.
• Create reports and help organise training events.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
