Express Solicitors Limited in Manchester seeks an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support HR-led learning activities. This role focuses on LMS administration, records management and communication across trainees, apprentices and professional routes.
The successful candidate will provide proactive, accurate administrative support, maintain systems, and respond to employee inquiries, working closely with HR and Training teams in a hybrid setup.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support for HR-led learning and development activity. The role will coordinate the systems, records, communications and processes supporting our Learning Management System, appraisal cycle, trainees, apprentices and professional qualification routes.
This is an HR-focused role which will work closely with the HR and Training teams. It is not responsible for designing or delivering training programmes. The successful candidate will be a proactive and capable administrator who can take ownership of processes, maintain accurate records and provide a responsive service to employees
Salary of £15 per hour, depending on experience
Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday but will consider alternative working hours and pattern.
3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
Rising to 26 days, plus bank/public holidays.
