Essar Oil (UK) Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex in Ellesmere Port. This 12-month fixed-term contract role is site-based, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to play a central role in coordinating technical and development training across the Stanlow site and associated businesses. Working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will coordinate learning activity, support strategic development initiatives and ensure training systems, records and processes remain robust, compliant and effective.
