Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Learning and Skills Site Co-ordinator to provide a key onsite presence across Leiston and Ipswich, supporting learning activities within a regulated nuclear environment.

Hours of work: 5 days on site, across 2 locations
The Learning and Skills Site Co-ordinator will provide a key onsite presence across two sites in Leiston and Ipswich, supporting the smooth delivery of learning and skills activities within a fast-paced, regulated nuclear industry environment. Acting as the main point of contact for learners, instructors and stakeholders, the role will coordinate and resolve onsite training queries, support training delivery and logistics, liaise between onsite and central teams, and help ensure a positive learner experience. The position requires strong stakeholder management, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and influence across multiple teams.
