Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development coordinator to support and coordinate L&D across the organisation from the Head Office at Heathrow Terminal 5. You will manage enquiries, platforms, training records and apprenticeships, while driving process improvements with AI and automation to enhance learner experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning & Development across the organisation.
• Manage L&D enquiries, learning platforms, training records, internal and external training, mandatory training, apprenticeships and work placements.
• Improve L&D processes through AI, automation and digital tools to streamline administration and enhance the learner experience.
