Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Learning & Development coordinator to support and coordinate L&D across the organisation. You will manage enquiries, training records, platforms, and internal/external training.

You will help implement AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline administration and enhance the learner experience. This role offers hands-on experience in talent development and digital learning within a hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Strong digital literacy and comfort with modern training tech.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Learning & Development across the organisation.
• Manage L&D enquiries, learning platforms, training records.
