Job summary

VWFS in Milton Keynes is hiring a Learning & Development Apprentice to support learning coordination, platform management and colleague development. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment and gain valuable workplace-learning skills.

The role offers a 2-year fixed-term contract with hybrid working and progression from £18,765 to £22,912 in year two, reflecting development and performance. Training support is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support identification of learning needs across individuals, teams, and the organisation.
• Assist in designing and updating learning materials for various delivery modes (face-to-face, virtual, digital, blended).
• Coordinate learning activities: invitations, attendance, resources, and joining instructions.
• Maintain accurate learning records, including attendance and evaluations.
• Gather feedback and analyse data to evaluate learning impact.
