VWFS is offering a Learning & Development Apprenticeship in Milton Keynes. You will support learning coordination, platform management and colleague development across a fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful projects and gaining hands-on experience.

You will learn through a bespoke development programme, with access to LinkedIn Learning and on-site wellbeing. The role offers a structured progression, a discretionary bonus scheme, and a comprehensive car scheme as you advance.
