VWFS is offering a Learning & Development Apprenticeship in Milton Keynes. You will support learning coordination, platform management and colleague development across a fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful projects and gaining hands-on experience.

You will learn through a bespoke development programme, with access to LinkedIn Learning and on-site wellbeing. The role offers a structured progression, a discretionary bonus scheme, and a comprehensive car scheme as you advance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning activities, including invitations, attendance, resources and joining instructions.
• Maintain accurate learning records (attendance, completions, evaluations, mandatory training evidence).
• Research, design and update inclusive learning materials for face-to-face, virtual, digital and blended learning.
• Gather feedback and analyse learning data to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
