Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) in Milton Keynes is offering an exciting Apprenticeship in the HR & Resourcing team. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

You’ll support recruitment campaigns across permanent, temporary, apprenticeship and early careers roles, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and help maintain accurate records in HR systems.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Human Resources, recruitment or business administration.
• Strong desire to learn and develop in a practical role.
• Can-do attitude with good communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment campaigns across permanent, temporary, apprenticeship and early careers vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and candidate communications.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including contracts, offer letters and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate records and data across HR and recruitment systems.
• Support HR and recruitment projects to improve processes and candidate/employee experience.
• Respond to HR and recruitment queries while developing knowledge of HR processes.
