1. Reporting To: Learning & Development Lead
2. Contract: Permanent
3. Hours: 35 hours/week
4. Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in person, flexible, travel to UK four nations required)
5. Salary: £35,000 per year (travel expenses not covered)
6. Responsibilities: Budget and/or supplier management, collaboration with volunteers, staff, community planning, external relations, and regional leads.
