  • Salary: £34,951 up to £46,121 (pro rata, dependent on experience)
  • Contract: Permanent, Part-time (0.9FTE / 31.5h)
  • Security Level: BPSS

The Role

This position involves shaping future talent pipelines and enhancing organisational effectiveness through strategic learning initiatives aligned with our People Strategy: Capacity, Capability, and Culture. Responsibilities include designing and delivering L&D solutions, managing graduate programs, conducting needs analysis, measuring ROI, developing curricula, stakeholder and vendor management, and staying current with L&D best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
  • CIPD Level 5 in People Management and BPS Level 1&2 qualified
  • Train the Trainer certification
  • MBTI Business Practitioner
  • Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning interventions and leadership programs
  • Experience managing graduate development programs end-to-end
  • Skills in needs analysis, impact measurement, and ROI evaluation

Working Arrangements & Benefits
