Job summary

Capita is supporting the Royal Navy with a Learning and Development Organisation Hub role in Portsmouth. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for learners and help coordinate examinations and educational programmes, guiding learners to funding and learning credits.

The role is part-time (32 hours/week, Mon-Thu) and requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level, working onsite in Portsmouth with a strong focus on accuracy and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and organisation.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Team player capable of working with learners and colleagues.
• Experience with education/examinations administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at the LDO Hub, welcoming learners and guiding to support.
• Support administration and delivery of examinations in line with awarding bodies.
• Assist learners with funding applications and learning credit schemes.
• Liaise with examination boards, learners and staff to keep accurate records.
