Job summary

Capita Selborne is recruiting a Learning and Development Advisor to support Royal Navy personnel at RNAS Yeovilton. You will guide education and development pathways, coordinate learning credits, and deliver open days, helping personnel and their families access opportunities aligned with Navy needs.

The role requires strong administration, excellent written and verbal communication, solid IT skills, and eligibility for UK security clearance at SC level.

Qualifications

• Experience providing learning and development guidance.
• Familiarity with education pathways and funding opportunities.
• Experience coordinating learning credits and events.

Responsibilities

• Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel to help them access and prepare for education and learning and continuing professional development courses throughout their career
• Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered elective learning opportunities
• Actively seeking opportunities and exploring new methods to promote the use of the services available through the Hub
• Coordinating learning credit schemes for learners
• Organising, promoting and delivering annual learning and development open days
