Babcock is seeking a Learning Designer to support the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme, creating high-quality learning experiences for the workforce across Rosyth or Bristol. You will work with SMEs to convert technical content into effective learning solutions and develop assessments that measure outcomes.
The role is full-time (37 hours), hybrid with some travel, and requires a Learning & Development qualification or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with digital authoring tools.

As aLearning Designer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a key role in supporting the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme by creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that help develop the skills and capability of our people. Working alongside subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business, you'll design innovative learning solutions that make a real impact on performance, capability and long-term programme success.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements available. Most work undertaken remotely and occasional travel to meet stakeholders, typically once per month for one to two nights.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
