Job summary

Babcock International is hiring a Learning Designer at our Rosyth or Bristol site. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working arrangements and the chance to support the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme by designing engaging learning solutions.

You will create curricula and materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, develop assessments, and utilise digital authoring tools (Articulate Rise is desirable).

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results within a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience creating engaging written content to deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing engaging learning content, curricula and materials.
