The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, part of Elite Hotels, is seeking a Learning & Culture Executive to design, deliver and support learning activities that embed the hotel’s culture and service standards across the property.
You will work with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments to translate learning programmes into consistent on-the-floor performance and support apprenticeship initiatives. The role requires flexibility to meet operational learning needs.

This hands-on and practical training position plays a key role in embedding Elite Hotel’s culture, service standards and behavioural expectations across the property. Through on-the-job, online and classroom training, working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments across the Hotel operation, you will ensure learning programmes are translated to consistent on-the-floor performance, supporting managers to build capability, accountability and engagement with their teams. You will design, deliver and support a range of learning and development activities to develop consistent standards that reflect the Company’s culture and the ethos of delivering distinctive, engaged and guest-centric service.
As a Learning & Culture Executive you will have experience of delivering a wide variety of activities from induction, statutory and compliance training to customer service - ideally within a hospitality setting. As a natural role model you will set the tone for a thriving learning environment including supporting the hotel’s apprenticeship activities and mentor guest-facing apprentices in the completion of their apprenticeship programme.
32 hours per week, site based, flexible days.
