You will define structure, design principles and quality standards for training content across classroom, digital and blended formats, transforming complex technical information into clear, learner-focused content that delivers measurable impact. You will oversee onboarding, technical development, professional growth, compliance and role-based learning

Qualifications

• Qualified in Learning and Development or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience creating and managing high quality learning content across technical, operational, systems and behavioural topics.
• Strong instructional-design expertise with modern authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of learning-content specialists.
• Define structure, design principles and quality standards for training content across formats.
• Translate complex information into learner-friendly content with measurable impact.
• Develop learning materials for onboarding, technical development, professional growth, compliance and role-based journeys.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to evaluate learning effectiveness and improve outcomes.
• Manage content lifecycle to keep materials accurate, compliant and aligned with business priorities.
