Job summary

Vaillant Group is seeking a Content and Development Manager to lead a team of learning-content specialists and shape engaging, standards-based training content across classroom, digital and blended formats.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical and operational information into learner-focused content and drive measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience creating and managing high-quality learning content across technical, operational and behavioural topics; led teams and multiple projects.
• Strong instructional-design expertise and ability to use modern authoring tools; excellent stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of learning-content specialists and foster collaboration.
• Define structure, design principles and quality standards for training content across classroom, digital and blended formats.
• Transform complex technical and commercial information into learner-focused content with measurable impact.
• Develop learning materials supporting onboarding, technical development, and role-based journeys across the business.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness with feedback to improve content quality and learner outcomes.
• Manage the complete content lifecycle to keep learning materials accurate and compliant.
