You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content, optimize learning platforms, and strengthen blended learning through digital tools while upholding high quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging digital learning content and e-learning solutions.
• Ability to design and produce video content for training purposes.
• Familiarity with LMS and governance/quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions including e-learning modules, microlearning content, interactive activities, and performance support tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to translate complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Create high-quality video content such as training videos, demonstrations and animations.
• Upload, maintain and optimise content on the learning platform for a seamless learner experience.
• Design digital tools that complement classroom and virtual learning to strengthen blended learning.
• Continuously improve learning solutions using feedback and data to maximise impact and accessibility.
