Job summary

Metropolitan Police is seeking a Learning Content Development Manager in London to lead the delivery of Workforce Capability training content. You will oversee the content pipeline from scoping through to deployment on the LMS, manage resources and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.

Reporting to the Head of Content Design & Development, you will work with creatives, learning designers, officers and external partners, using Monday.com for governance and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning or digital content projects in complex environments.
• Knowledge of learning content development lifecycles and blended learning.
• Understanding of LMS deployment processes and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Project manage development, commissioning and outsourcing of learning content.
• Oversee full content lifecycle from scoping to evaluation and review.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate delivery with stakeholders.
