Job summary

Scottish Children's Reporter Administration is seeking a Head of People and Learning to shape the organisation's culture, capability and services. You will lead the People Strategy, advise senior leaders, and steer HR across employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, reward and policy.

This is a pivotal role aligning people, learning and organisational change with our strategic priorities and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of our People Strategy to support Scotland's children and families.
• Provide strategic leadership across people management, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Lead the Human Resources function delivering high-quality, customer-focused people services.
• Work with the Senior Management Team and Board to shape organisational strategy and decision-making.
