Qualifications

• Provide a comprehensive customer service for Learning Centre users, via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Supportive, team player who can work off their own initiative.
• Willingness to travel to other campuses as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and bookings for Learning Centre users.
• Manage desk duties: issuing resources, shelving, handling payments for services.
• Monitor attendance and liaise with Timetabling Team for group bookings.
