Job summary

White Meadows Primary Academy in Littlehampton is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover classes using planned activities and resources. This permanent, term-time role (38 weeks) offers a 31.25-hour week and requires supporting pupils to advance learning while building positive relationships with families and staff.

Familiarity with Level 2 English and Maths is essential, along with prior school-based experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths at minimum
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to plan and resource when covering a class
• Organised and flexible approach to work
