Job summary

Terrington St Clement Community School is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learners across the primary age range (4–11). You will lead small group interventions, cover whole classes when required, and assist pupils with Special Needs on a 1:1 basis.

NVQ Level 3 or higher is preferred, with a commitment to professional development and a collaborative team ethos. The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) during term time plus one week, with a salary on the

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or above (or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to work with primary-age learners (4–11 years).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents.
• Ability to enthuse and inspire children and work in a dynamic team.
• Willingness to undertake further training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
