The Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Lead Capability Specialist to drive learning strategies across the Government Counter Fraud Profession, working with public sector bodies and training providers. The role focuses on designing innovative learning approaches, quality assurance, and engaging senior stakeholders to shape capability development.

• Experience in learning and development for government.
• Ability to design and deliver training for multiple organisations.

Responsabilités

• Promoting and overseeing the development of a strategic learning approach for all areas of the Government Counter Fraud Profession.
• Engaging with and influencing training providers (internal and external to government) to adopt GCFP standards and deliver high quality learning products.
• Designing and implementing new processes to provide ‘quality mark’ assurance of external training provision through third parties and/or awarding bodies.
• Lead the GCFP’s interaction with the wider Government Counter Fraud Function regarding learning & development activity, including working closely with other parts of the PSFA, the wider public and private sectors to understand future learning requirements.
• Lead and facilitate the delivery of capability programmes, alongside experienced subject matter experts in counter fraud, including in-person delivery.
