Job description

We are seeking a Learning and Capability Officer to join the Function’s growing Profession and Capability team. • Fostering collaboration and a supportive community culture—uniting the profession through the Community of Practice.
  • Attracting, developing and retaining skilled talent by creating an environment where potential is maximised, expertise shared and a clear career pathway is defined.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a critical role, helping support the future development and success of a growing grants profession. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the Grant Profession offer and delivery of high-quality learning interventions and products that address identified learning needs and to build engagement with the capability offer.
