You will design and develop the learning and development strategy in partnership with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders. To be successful you will bring fresh thinking to our learning solutions to ensure they deliver a leading-edge experience and maximise learning impact for our people. Be a trusted advisor to the business and HR community on all L&D related matters.
You will drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Being commercially comfortable you will manage the Learning and Development budget within broader framework of business KPIs, maximising the use of virtual and blended offerings provided by Capgemini University.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

As Learning Business Partner, you will report into the UK Head of learning and work with HR Leader and Business Leaders to evolve a learning strategy that supports the business priorities and delivers outstanding results. Supporting the talent agenda will form an important part of the role, developing plans for diverse talent to progress careers and support career growth and retention at every level within Capgemini. You will work closely with the HR team on People Transformation & Talent initiatives becoming a trusted expert who can co-create effective and agile learning solutions with the business, to deliver impact and drive best practice in Learning and Development.
You will be an important part of the wider Capgemini Learning and Development Team with other local, regional, and global L&D professionals providing an opportunity to share regional and global best practice, and drive and contribute to our collective capability in Learning & Development. This network gives you additional scope to grow personally and professionally and to identify ways that we can benefit from innovation, scale, and re-use across the Capgemini business.
