Encord is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist in London to design and deliver how the specialist workforce behind its human data is taught. You will convert dense annotation guidelines into modular, practical material and assessments that can be absorbed by non-specialists in days rather than weeks.

You will lead live sessions, craft durable curricula across AI domains, and measure impact through quality and throughput metrics, with the aim of ramping learners to competence quickly.

Qualificações

• Formal grounding in education, learning science or instructional design.
• 3–6 years designing and delivering training in operational environments.
• Experience facilitating live training for adults remotely and at cohort scale.

Responsabilidades

• Turn client specifications into teachable material within days of project launch, using modular and sequenced design.
• Design learning experiences guided by explicit learning-science principles.
• Run live training sessions remotely for distributed cohorts and adjust in real time.
• Build criterion-referenced assessments with clearly defined pass thresholds.
• Create curricula for recurring domains (medical imaging, document AI, and others).
• Coach program managers to become better teachers and designers.
