Job summary

Croydon Council is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to shape our corporate learning strategy and drive transformation across the organisation. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Heads of Service and transformation colleagues to design and deliver innovative leadership development, culture change and capability-building interventions.

Job description

Salary: Up to £55,323 (pay award pending)

As our Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner, you will lead the development and delivery of a corporate learning and organisational development strategy that drives organisational transformation. Working closely with senior leaders, the Executive Leadership Team, Heads of Service and transformation colleagues, you will design and implement innovative learning, leadership, culture and change interventions that build organisational capability and support the delivery of our Future Croydon transformation ambitions.
