Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leadership & Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. You will design and deliver engaging, high-quality training that develops leadership skills and improves sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of current training trends. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact through knowledge sharing and facilitating learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales excellence and leadership development, aligned with business needs.
  2. Support the development and coaching of future managers and directors.
  3. Customize training content to meet specific employee and business objectives.
  4. Assist in integrating new staff during TUPE processes through tailored training sessions.
  5. Use various instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning.
  6. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment promoting active participation.
  7. Adjust training delivery based on feedback and assessments.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
  10. Collaborate with team members to improve training materials and methods.

Skills Required

  1. Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a corporate or adult learning setting.
  2. Experience in sales, leadership, and people development (essential).
  3. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  7. CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable).
  8. Ability to motivate and engage teams across different levels.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
