Learning and Development Partner to join a global logistics organisation on a permanent basis in Coventry, reporting into the HR function.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with managers to keep role profiles and competencies up to date, ensuring they reflect business needs.
• Design, deliver, and oversee engaging training programmes - from onboarding to leadership development - aligned with their business growth strategy.
• Coach, mentor, and advise managers on the best ways to develop their teams, supporting succession planning and talent development.
• Source, manage, and maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Ensure all mandatory training is up to date and collate the training matrix.
