A leading organization is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to oversee the L&D function and align it with organizational objectives. This role involves managing a team, developing training strategies, and ensuring effective learning interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, excellent communication skills, and be working towards CIPD Level 5.
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will operationally manage the Learning & Development function and work closely with the Head of HR to develop a Learning & Development strategy for the Federation. They will lead a small team and be responsible for assessing learning needs for elected officials, representatives, and HQ employees, ensuring that learning interventions are planned and aligned with organizational objectives.
